Mr. Samini is the President and founding shareholder of Samini Scheinberg, PC.

Mr. Samini is a trial attorney specializing in media centric, high profile business and entertainment litigation. He served as lead counsel to Donald Sterling in the highly publicized litigation with the National Basketball Association, TMZ and V. Stiviano. He also served as co-counsel to Mr. Sterling in the contentious probate proceedings that received national media coverage. Mr. Samini also represented Mr. Sterling in connection with the 2 billion-dollar sale of the Los Angeles Clippers to Steve Ballmer.

Mr. Samini has represented a diverse group of sports and entertainment clients such as: T-Pain, DJ Paul of Three 6 Mafia, Antonio Esfandiari, Dennis Graham, Jesse Spencer and Shaun Toub.

Over the course of Mr. Samini’s 20-year legal career, he has tried numerous significant cases for major clients, argued before the California District Court of Appeal and collected substantial sums for clients in a variety of cases.

Mr. Samini’s expertise and legal opinions have been sought by the media on numerous occasions, as evidenced by his television appearances on Anderson Cooper 360, the Today Show, Bloomberg and CNN’s morning show, New Day. Mr. Samini was also recently featured in the Daily Journal.
