Jake Brower is a 4th Generation Orange High School Graduate and the 5th Generation of his family to live in The City of Orange.   He purchased and lives in his maternal grandparent’s home.  Jake is the oldest of 3 brothers raised in Orange County and married 14 years to wife Michelle. They have one daughter Makena who is 12.

Jake graduated from the University of Colorado in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1994.  He work as a Certified Law Clerk during the summer of 1993,  assigned to the Juvenile Court, filing cases, appearing before the court, legal research, and conducting legal education training for Deputy District Attorneys.   From 1994 thru 1998 Jake worked in the Office of the Orange County District Attorney (Nov.1994-Oct.1998) as a Deputy District Attorney in the following areas: Juvenile Delinquency Court;
Family Support Division; Misdemeanor Prosecutions North Justice Center where responsibilities included Deputy in charge of Law Clerk training and supervision; Misdemeanor Prosecutions Central Justice Center where he was cited as the 1997 Outstanding Prosecutor M.A.D.D. award winner and 1997 Outstanding Misdemeanor Prosecutor Orange County District Attorney; and, the Misdemeanor Prosecutions Harbor Justice Center where his responsibilities included serving as  Sr. Deputy in charge of training as well as the prosecution of misdemeanor jury trials.

In 1998 Jake opened his own law practice where he specializes in criminal defense, civil restraining orders and administrative hearings.
