Michael F. Harrah is the President of Caribou Industries and operates 45 world class companies known for premier real estate, executive aviation, five-star restaurants, hotel resorts and entertainment venues. Caribou Industries, founded in 1977, has 1,140 employees in Arizona, California, Hawaii and Nevada. Mr. Harrah has maintained the commitment to “Preserving the Past and Ensuring the Future” through the development of inner-city properties and resort communities.

Over the last 22 years, Mr. Harrah has acquired and completely renovated over 5 million square feet of commercial space in Santa Ana. The crown jewel of Mr. Harrah’s portfolio is One Broadway Plaza: the largest, tallest and most sustainable landmark office building in the history of Orange County, towering 500’. In addition, Mr. Harrah purchased the iconic 114-year old Orange County Register Corporate Headquarters building, printing press plant and 20-acre site. The mixed-use site is one of the most valuable assets in Southern California and is located across the street from the OC Streetcar $400 million light rail. One Broadway Plaza and the OC Register site will transform Downtown Santa Ana into a Transit Oriented District and Orange County’s only 20-hour, Vertical Urbanization core.

A generous and well-respected philanthropist, Mr. Harrah commits his time and resources to countless civic, education and philanthropic organizations throughout Southern California. Mr. Harrah takes an active role serving and sponsoring Kidworks, The Boys and Girls Club, Olive Crest and Make-A-Wish Foundation. Mr.
Harrah designed, built and financed The Orange County School of the Arts: the #1 rated arts high school in the nation.

Mr. Harrah has been widely decorated and recently received the Inaugural William H. Spurgeon Pioneer Award by the City of Santa Ana in further recognition of his vision and commitment to revitalizing Downtown Santa Ana over the past two decades. In addition, Mr. Harrah was an Artspiration Winner in 2016 by Santa Ana Unified School District in recognition of his commitment to education.

Caribou Industries is on the Executive Board of the Economic Development Council of the City of Santa Ana, The Board of Directors of The Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce and the Assistant Vice Chair of The Urban Land Institute. Mr. Harrah is a member of the Advisory Board of the UC Irvine Center for Real Estate at the
Paul Merage School of Business.

Mr. Harrah has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild for 23 years as a stuntman and stunt pilot and has appeared in many feature films. He has several notable, professional records in water skiing and boat racing and is a professional musician. He resides in Newport Beach with his wife of 41 years.
